We love running. But we are bored of paying vast sums to enter events.
River Rumble is a free running event in London, designed to allow people to challenge themselves in a fun, friendly setting.
Because it’s free it means nutrition, hydration and safety are your responsibility.

The route slithers around along the thames path.
A neat 20km loop from Putney to Kew and back.
